Website classes purchased

How do I view the classes I have purchased through the website?

All purchased classes are viewed within a Facebook group specifically setup for that class. When you have purchased the class, you are sent an email with a link to that Facebook group. PLEASE KEEP THIS EMAIL IN A SAFE PLACE AS IT IS YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS TO VIEW YOUR CLASS.



i have purchased a class within the last few days and not received an email containing a link?

Please check your spam folder to see if the email has been delivered there. If you find it there, please mark as ‘NOT SPAM’. If not please send an email to sew@terryfox.co.uk and your order will be followed up.



I HAVE REQUESTED FACEBOOK MEMBERSHIP FOR THE CLASS I PURCHASEd, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I’M APPROVED?

Facebook membership requests are approved daily (working hours/days). You are asked to provide your order number when requesting membership, if you do not answer this question, it will take longer for your request to be approved.

* Please note each class purchased permits 1 Facebook profile per person to be approved. So, the Facebook profile that is live on the device you request approval on, will be the one that gives you access to view the class!!


When I have purchased a class, are the videos I view available for me to download?

No you have paid to attend the classes. The video concept has been added to provide a reference but not to download and is for your personal use only. The videos are the intellectual property of Terry Fox and she asks that you are respectful of this. Please do not screen shot/forward links/share videos with others without her written permission.



Membership Questions

If I sign up to a membership subscription, how long am I committing to?

The memberships are on a monthly/annual basis, so you are committing for the duration of your subscription. You have control of your account via the website, so can change your subscription as you choose. * Please note no refunds are given on subscriptions, so if you wish to cancel do it prior to your renewal date.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION!

Visit the 'Member Menu' on the website in the top right hand corner, then choose 'Your Account'! from here you can change/cancel your subscription!

ADMIN CAN ASSIST WITH QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE, BUT DO NOT MANAGE MEMBERS SUBSCRIPTIONS.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU GET ‘FAILED BILLING ATTEMPT’ EMAILS!

Failed billing attempts are generally due to the expiry of your debit/credit card date or your bank blocking the payment. You can update your card details by going to your subscription account via the website in the top right hand corner, then choose ‘Member Menu’ and then ‘Your Account’.

I have a question regarding my membership, where can I ask it?

Please send an email to sew@terryfox.co.uk or via the website using the ‘contact’ button (top right-hand side). This also sends an email to sew@terryfox.co.uk and your email will be answered within working business hours.

Who will answer the questions I posted on Facebook regarding my membership?

Facebook is used so you can communicate with one another and is not monitored for administrative questions relating to Terry’s products or memberships. If you have a question, please send it via email to sew@terryfox.co.uk so it can be answered on a personal level within working business hours.

(There are so many Facebook groups associated with Terry’s products/memberships it is not possible to monitor the comments/questions on all of them).


When I end my membership to the sewing club, will I still have access to the videos I had access to during the time I was a member?

No, the videos are only available to watch with a current membership to the Terry Fox Sewing School. You have paid to attend the class. You do not own the content of the class. The video concept has been added to provide a reference but not to download and is for your personal use only. Once your subscription ends, so does your access to the videos.
